By accessing or using WPKite's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services, whether as a free trial user or a paying subscriber.

WPKite provides unlimited WordPress support and maintenance services for small tasks (defined as tasks requiring 30 minutes or less of work). Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• • CSS styling and design adjustments
• • Content updates and media management
• • Plugin configuration and troubleshooting
• • WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates
• • Security hardening and performance optimization

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials
• • Provide necessary access credentials (FTP, cPanel, WordPress admin) securely
• • Maintain current backups of your website
• • Use our Services only for lawful purposes

WPKite services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan
• • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period
• • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WPKITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
